Forbes early retail predictions for 2019

Forbes has come out early with its predictions for 2019 ... that much used but seldom perfected word Omnichannel still top of the list. For me the overall shopping experience is still so important and I think that a lot of web UX as well as a lot of instore experiences leave a lot to be desired ... many retailers are'nt being innovative and this is resulting in some very samey shopping journeys. If 2018 has shown us anything (and I'm not sure it will go down as one of the greatest years ever) its that consumers shop around and the brands that really differentiate and can be trusted, truly trusted are the brands that will soar.
